Ashley Duggins

Dr. Ashley Duggins is the co-owner and operator of Prevo Drug in Asheboro where she has been employed for the past 21 years. She is a nationally board certified Health and Wellness Coach and operates Prevo Wellness and Diabetes Education Center. She also serves as the pharmacy manager for Hospice of the Piedmont in Asheboro. She is a 2002 graduate of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, where she was a member of Phi Lambda Sigma, the pharmacy leadership society. Dr. Duggins precepts students from the UNC Eshelman, Wingate, and Campbell schools of pharmacy.

Dr. Duggins is active in professional associations such as the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists, the National Community Pharmacists Association and has served on the workplace conditions committee for the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. She also serves in her community as a board member for the Randolph County Board of Health and the Asheboro Randolph Chamber of Commerce. Her past community involvement incudes serving on the Uwharrie Charter Academy Board of Directors and the Randolph County YMCA board of directors.

Dr. Duggins and her husband Ken, who co-owns Prevo Drug, make their home in Asheboro. She has two children Carson (a student at NC State) and Sydney (a student at UNC-Chapel Hill).
