Meetings of the NC Board of Pharmacy

Unless otherwise noted, Board Meetings are on the second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November in the Board's Chapel Hill office. Meetings are open to the public except during the time when the Board Members are in closed session deliberating a decision for a disciplinary action.

Upcoming Board Meetings:

  • EMERGENCY MEETING THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026, 2:00PM: The NC Board of Pharmacy will convene by teleconference
    and in person at its Chapel Hill office on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 2:00pm and will immediately move into closed session to discuss a possible summary suspension.

  • May 19, 2026: The May 2026 meeting will be moved to the third week to avoid travel conflicts with the NABP Annual Meeting. There will be a public hearing at 9AM to consider proposed adoption of and amendments to 21 NCAC 46 .1806, .1822, .1616, .1821, .2516, and .1420 (details here) followed by the regular Board business meeting beginning at 10AM.
